One intake, one plan, one navigator.
Most people who need help are not short on effort. They are short on a system that holds together — one that remembers what they already told someone, and knows which door opens the next one.
That is the whole job here.
Everyone receives the same sequence. No one is fast-tracked, and no one is left out of it.
A conversation, not a form wall. You decide what gets recorded.
Food, housing, health and safety first, before anything else is discussed.
Skills, tools, a vehicle, hours in a week. Usually more than people expect.
Each small enough to finish, ordered so nothing waits on something undone.
The same person throughout. You never start over explaining yourself.
When stability holds — not before, and not on someone else’s timetable.
What moved, what stalled, what changed. Plans get revised, not enforced.
Graduating does not close your account or delete your record.
Stages describe a direction, not a deadline. People move at different speeds and some move backwards for a while. That is expected, and it is not a failure.
